Insight Intelligent Visitor Management System is all you need to ensure your organisation captures all visitors records through an electronic visitor form. Together with an interactive dashboard which enables the operation team to filter the records based on date and time etc quickly.
- Visitor fills in the Visitor Form at the reception area with the relevant questions. Details will be captured after the visitor submits.
- The information is then captured by an automation tool.
- Details are plotted in real-time with Power BI for further analysis and reporting.
- The Visitor Forms and Power BI Report will reside in Microsoft Teams or SharePoint Online

Pre-requisite: Customer need to have at least an Microsoft Office 365 Business, E1, E3 & E5 license. Optional for Power BI license.

- Remote Knowledge Transfer to client (1 man-day)
- Service Warranty (5 days based on office hours from 9am -6pm, SLA - Next Business day resolution)
