Insight ranked #1 in the Best Workplaces in Singapore™ 2024 List by Great Place To Work® Singapore

Singapore, 6 November 2024 - Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ: NSIT), the leading Solutions Integrator, has been recognised as one of Singapore’s Best Workplaces in 2024, securing the top spot in the Micro Category. The prestigious award was presented at an event graced by Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat as the Guest of Honour, with nearly 350 guests in attendance to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Singapore Best Workplaces List.

In total, 50 workplaces across four different categories, micro, small, medium and large have been ranked as Singapore’s Best Workplaces according to Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. 

The Singapore’s Best Workplaces list is highly competitive. Great Place To Work selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies were only considered if they are a Great Place To Work Certified™ organization and have attained at least 65% on Great Place To Work’s Trust Index© Survey. Employees share confidential quantitative and qualitative feedback about their organization’s culture by responding to 60 statements on a 5-point scale and answering two open-ended questions.  Collectively, these statements describe a great employee experience, defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. This year, we surveyed nearly 104,000 employees that represented 106,000 voices in Singapore this year.
